Baxter is a very smart, 3-year-old Cattle dog mix. He came from a background of abuse but went through some training and his fear and anxiety has dissipated. He has been in a loving foster home where he has learned to open up and trust people. He is affectionate and energetic and needs a house with at least one active doggie playmate.
